How it works

From QR code to Google review

ReviewEase gives your shop a printable QR. Customers scan it, tap a few options, get a review draft they can edit, then post it on Google themselves.

How businesses generate the QR

The QR is created after you add your details and complete payment. It points to your ReviewEase page, not directly to a random website.

  1. 1

    Open Create Your QR

Go to the setup page and add your business name, category, and the language you want customer reviews in.

  2. 2

    Paste your Google Review link

This is the official link from Google that opens your review form. ReviewEase uses it so customers land on the right Google page after writing their draft.

  3. 3

    Pay and generate the QR

Complete the one-time payment. ReviewEase then creates a unique QR that opens your review page — not a generic image. Your Google link stays on the server, not in the QR URL.

  4. 4

    Download, print, and place it

Download the A4 poster, print it, and keep it at the counter, billing desk, table, or exit. Customers only need their phone camera.

How to get your Google Review link

You copy this from Google, then paste it once during setup. ReviewEase does not create the Google link for you.

  1. 1

    Open Google Business Profile

Sign in at business.google.com with the Google account that manages your listing. You can also open your business in Google Maps.

  2. 2

    Find Ask for reviews

In Google Business Profile, go to the reviews or customers section and choose Ask for reviews. Google gives you a short review link made for your business.

  3. 3

    Copy the link

Copy the link. It usually looks like https://g.page/r/... or a Google Maps review URL. Paste that exact link into ReviewEase. Do not use a search URL or your website homepage.

Tip: Open the copied link on your phone first. If Google asks you to write a review for your business, it is the correct link.

Don't have a Google listing yet?

ReviewEase needs your Google review link. If your shop is not on Google, Sparks Media Digital Solutions can create your Google Business Profile. They also offer websites, SEO, ads, branding, and other digital services.

How customers leave a review

They stay in control. ReviewEase only helps them write. They copy, edit, and post on Google themselves.

  1. 1

    Scan the QR

Open the phone camera, scan the poster, and tap the link. No app download is required.

  2. 2

Tap a rating and what you liked

Choose 1–5 stars, then tap things like staff, product, service, price, or ambience. Optional extra tags can be added if they fit.

  3. 3

    Create and edit the draft

ReviewEase writes a short draft from those choices. The customer can change any wording before copying it.

  4. 4

Copy the text, then tap Open Google & Post. Google opens the business review form. The customer pastes the draft, edits if needed, and posts it themselves.
